MiChoice Technology Warranty & Return Policy

MiChoice Technology Systems warrants the Software will function substantially as described in its documentation for a period of one (1) year after installation. Customer must give MiChoice Technology Systems written notice (including sufficient information to allow MiChoice Technology Systems to reproduce the defect) of the alleged defect during the warranty period. MiChoice Technology Systems sole obligation and liability under this warranty is to provide a fix, patch, or workaround for the defect within a reasonable time. MiChoice Technology Systems does not warrant the Software is error-free or that its use will be uninterrupted. MiChoice Technology Systems is not obligated to remedy defects or non-conformities that: (i) cannot be reproduced with the latest version of the Software; (ii) that result from failure to follow applicable installation, operation, or maintenance requirements, incompatible or inadequately maintained platform, modifications made to the Software, use of the Software in conjunction with another party’s products; or (iii) caused by fire, explosion, power irregularities or surges, acts of God (including earthquakes, rains, floods, or lightning); or (iv) any other cause not attributable to MiChoice Technology Systems. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH MICHOICE TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS.
